GRP Pipes

GRP Pipes are made from the dual helical winding technology. The major raw materials used for this are fiber glass, Isophtahlic resin (and aggregate in certain cases). Inner liner consists of C-glass Veil and vinyl ester resin for maximum chemical resistance and will enhance abrasion resistance. The structural layer consists of E- glass and Isophtahlic resin. Outer Liner is a resin rich layer with structure similar to the structural layer. GRP Pipes can be used for medium of temperature up to 60 º C.

Diameters of pipe produced range from 25mm to 2000mm currently.

GRV Pipes

GRV Pipes are made from the dual helical winding technology. The major raw materials used for this are fiber glass, vinyl ester resin resin (and aggregate in certain cases). Inner liner consists of C-glass Veil and vinyl ester resin for maximum chemical resistance and will enhance abrasion resistance. The structural layer consists of E- glass and Vinyl Ester resin. Outer Liner is a resin rich layer with structure similar to the structural layer. GRV Pipes have better mechanical and chemical properties when compared to GRP Pipes. GRV Pipes can be used for medium of temperature up to 90 º C.

Diameters of pipe produced range from 25mm to 2000mm currently.

GRE Pipes
GRE Pipes

GRE Pipes are made from the dual helical winding technology. The major raw materials used for this are fiber glass, Amine Cured Epoxy resin. Inner liner consists of C-glass Veil and Amine Cured Epoxy resin for maximum chemical resistance and will enhance abrasion resistance. The structural layer consists of E- glass and Amine Cured Epoxy resin. Outer Liner is a resin rich layer with structure similar to the structural layer. GRE Pipes can be used for medium of temperature upto 110 º C.

Diameters of pipe produced range from 25mm to 2000mm currently.

GRE pipes are lighter and easier to handle and have a smoother internal surface. GRE pipes also have minimal thermal conductivity giving it insulation properties. The GRE pipes have better mechanical and chemical properties when compared to GRP and GRV pipes and are more resistant to corrosion. These pipes are mainly used in the petrochemical industry’s processing lines and oil and gas lines (both onshore and offshore) as well.

Pre-Insulated Pipes

A pre-insulated GRP pipe consists of a GRP core pipe (also called carrier pipe) and a GRP jacket pipe (also called casing pipe) with polyurethane foam filled in the space between the pipes. Insulation provides the primary thermal resistance and prevents heat loss in chilled water systems. These pipes are mostly used in various District Cooling Projects to distribute chilled water from the central source to various users.
